Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be 13+ (and 16+ in EEA/UK unless you have parental consent). The app is consumer, informational use only.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the app on iOS (and Android when available).

4. User content & image handling

You own the photos you submit.

Default behavior: you grant us a limited license to process your photos to provide results; we delete them after analysis.

Don't upload images of people or content you don't have rights to.

5. AI & accuracy disclaimer (critical)

Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional, or safety advice. Always verify with packaging and your own judgment.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Auto‑renewing subscription with a 3‑day free trial. Billed by Apple (and Google when available). Manage/cancel in your platform account settings. Refunds are handled by the platform under its policies. We may change pricing for future periods with notice.

7. Prohibited uses

No unlawful activity, infringement, reverse engineering, scraping, or attempts to bypass security. Don't upload others' personal data.

8. Intellectual property

The app and its content (excluding your photos) are owned by Moon Apps LLC or licensors.

9. Feedback

If you send suggestions, you grant us a free, perpetual license to use them.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, NON‑INFRINGEMENT).

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moon Apps LLC won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the greater of USD $50 or the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or legal reasons. Sections 5, 8–12 survive termination.

13. Governing law & venue

Wyoming, USA law (without regard to conflicts). Exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Wyoming.

14. Apple‑required terms

These Terms are between you and Moon Apps LLC, not Apple.

Apple has no obligation to maintain or support the app.

To the extent any warranty exists, Moon Apps LLC is responsible; Apple's warranty obligations are limited to any refund of the purchase price (if applicable).

Apple isn't responsible for claims relating to the app (product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection, IP).

You represent you're not in an embargoed country or on a restricted list.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third‑party beneficiaries and may enforce these Terms.
